SUPER SPROUT grows it’s seeds on the luscious fllatland adjoining the Duiwenhoks River in the beautiful Western Cape province of South Africa. Here the plants enjoy the benefits of adequate unpolluted water, ample sunshine and rich, nourished soil. Fertility is enhanced only by organic matter from the surrounding farms. Absolutely no chemicals or genetically modifying agents are used in the cultivation of the plants while growing and seeding.A large variety of seeds have been collected over many years from reputable breeders of heirloom seeds, added to my personal collection from many regions (e.g. corn from Mandela’s Pondoland) and individual sources and stockpiled. New seeds are continuously bred to increase the viability and ensure the longevity of the product. We believe that heirloom fruits, vegetables and flowers offer larger variety, possess more authentic and intense flavour and are naturally more resistant to diseases and pests than hybrid varieties.
