FLAT ISLANDWIDE DELIVERY RATE
- $15, $18, $20 or $30 per location, depending on your area
- No Minimum Order!
- Kuehs only: Delivery will be any time between 12pm to 4pm.
- Lunch+Kuehs: Delivery will be any time between 12pm to 1.30pm.

NOTE: NO FIXED TIME SLOT WILL BE ALLOCATED. Specific time slots request at additional $20 per location. Surcharge varies according to timing and location.
