- Slides sharing about Who We are, our Social Enterprise and Who we Help. Learn about the origins and ingredients of Ondeh Ondeh by co-founder, Qara Yoon
- The team will work together on the following:
— Preparation of sweet potatoes (either orange or purple depending on availability), Making of the Ondeh Ondeh dough, Wrapping of Gula Melaka, Boiling and Coating the Ondeh Ondeh in Grated Coconut
- Each person will make 2 pcs of Ondeh Ondeh to take home and extra 2pcs will be provided for the purpose of competition.
- The team needs to present the best-looking Ondeh Ondeh (total 2pcs) for the final judging and tasting by Chef Mum Yoon.
- The winning team will each receive 1pc of our Signature Png Kueh as their prize! Your management is welcome to add on additional prizes.
