  • The team will work together on the following:  — Preparation of sweet potatoes (either orange or purple depending on availability), Making of the Ondeh Ondeh dough, Wrapping of Gula Melaka, Boiling and Coating the Ondeh Ondeh   
  • Each person will make 2 pcs of Ondeh Ondeh to take home   
  • The team needs to present the best-looking Ondeh Ondeh pack (total 4-6pcs, each person needs to contribute 1pc) for the final judging by Chef Mum Yoon. The winning team will each receive 1pc of our Signature Png Kueh as their prize! Your management is welcome to add on additional prizes.
