Shipping Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions:

1. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM.

Delivery is fulfilled via GrabExpress or Maxim, subject to rider availability.

Delivery fees are borne by the customer and calculated based on distance from our dispatch location.

Cut-off time for same-day delivery is subject to operational conditions and may vary during peak hours.

Once a rider is assigned and the item is dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Postage / Courier Delivery

Orders are shipped via J&T Express or Box Express.

Courier shipments operate Monday to Friday only.

Orders placed before 11:00 AM on a working day will be shipped out on the same day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery timelines provided by couriers are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Self-Collection

Self-collection is available at Taman Indah Permai, Sepanggar.

Available Monday to Sunday.

Advance booking and time confirmation are required before collection.

Walk-ins are not accepted.

Orders not collected at the agreed time may be rescheduled subject to availability.

4. General Shipping Policy

All orders are packed in fully discreet packaging, with no indication of product contents.

Please ensure that delivery details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Any additional re-delivery or re-booking fees will be borne by the customer.

We reserve the right to update or amend these shipping terms at any time without prior notice.
