Pre Order Statement
This Pre-Order Agreement (βAgreementβ) is deemed accepted by the Buyer upon placing a pre-order with the Seller.
1. Pre-Order Product
Buyer acknowledges that the item purchased is a pre-order product and is not ready stock at the time of purchase.
2. Payment Confirmation
Full payment is required to confirm the pre-order. Orders without successful payment will not be processed.
3. Processing Time
Estimated processing time is 7-14 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Malaysian public holidays. This timeframe is an estimate and may change.
4. Shipping & Courier
Shipping will only commence after stock arrival. Delivery time depends on third-party courier services and is outside the Sellerβs control.
5. No Cancellation / No Refund
Once the pre-order is confirmed, no cancellation, no refund, and no exchange will be entertained, except where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt, in accordance with Malaysian consumer law.
6. Delay Disclaimer
Buyer understands that delays may occur due to supplier issues, customs clearance, import inspection, logistics disruption, or force majeure. By placing the pre-order, Buyer agrees to wait without dispute.
7. Product Variation
Minor differences in packaging, colour shade, or product appearance may occur due to manufacturer updates. Such variations do not constitute defects.
8. Buyer Responsibility
Buyer must provide accurate delivery information. Seller will not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
9. Inspection & Reporting
Buyer must inspect the item within 48 hours of receipt. Any issue must be reported with clear photo/video evidence. Claims made after this period may not be entertained.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
11. Agreement Acceptance
By placing a pre-order, Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.
