Welcome to Reject Weakness Apparel (“RWA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://take.app/rejectweaknessapparel (the “Site”) and any services or purchases made through it. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site. By making a purchase, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract or are supervised by a legal guardian.
2. Orders & Payments
a. Product Types
We offer both pre-order and ready-stock items. The nature of the product will be clearly indicated on the product page. Estimated fulfillment timelines will also be listed there.
b. Payment Terms
Some products require full payment upfront, while others accept a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due upon collection or before delivery. This will be stated on the individual product listing.
c. Payment Method
All payments are currently made manually via bank transfer. After placing an order, you will receive payment instructions. Proof of transfer (screenshot or receipt) must be submitted to confirm your order. Orders will only be processed once payment is verified.
d. Cancellations
All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once placed unless otherwise stated. For pre-orders, cancellation or changes can only be made within 24 hours of payment and must be requested by either emailing us directly, or messaging us on Instagram @rejectweakness.bn
3. RWA Product Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. Each item goes through a rigorous quality control process before shipping. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect item, we will make it right with a replacement, refund, or suitable solution.
Our RWA Product Guarantee does not cover damage caused by:
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper washing or handling

4. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds or returns for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or order cancellation.
The only exceptions are:
• If the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival
• If an item is missing from your order
In such cases, reach out to our team within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear proof.
5. Sizing & Care
a. Size Charts
Size charts are provided on every product page (in the photo section). Please refer carefully before ordering, as we do not offer returns for incorrect sizing.
b. Washing Instructions
To preserve fabric quality:
• Wash on cold & delicate
• Hang dry only
• Avoid dryers or high heat, which may damage or shrink the fabric
6. Shipping
a. Timeline
• Ready-stock orders ship within 1–7 days of purchase
• Pre-order items take approximately 2–3 weeks
All orders include a 3–5 day processing period, during which we prepare and package your items.
b. Delivery & Pickup
• Free Brunei-wide shipping on orders over BND $100
• Orders under BND $100 are delivered to designated self-pickup locations in your district
• Temburong orders will be sent to Brunei-Muara pickup points
We currently do not ship internationally, but plan to expand in the future.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—logos, product names, graphics, and media—is the intellectual property of Reject Weakness Apparel. Reproduction, distribution, or use without our permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any products purchased.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after any changes implies your agreement.
