At Reject Weakness Apparel, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with care and attention. All items are backed by our RWA Product Guarantee, which ensures your satisfaction if something goes wrong on our end. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final
We operate on a final sale basis. This means we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns for the following reasons:
• You changed your mind
• You ordered the wrong size (please refer to our size charts provided in every product listing)
• You placed your order by mistake
We are a small team and produce in limited quantities, so we kindly ask that you carefully review product details before purchasing.

2. Exceptions – When a Refund or Replacement May Be Issued
You are eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit if:
• You received a defective or damaged item
• You received the wrong product, size, or color
• An item is missing from your order

If any of the above applies, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include the following details:
• Full name on the order
• Order number
• Photos of the issue (e.g., defect, damage, wrong item)
• Description of the issue

3. Timeframe for Action
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer within 5–10 business days
• Replacements or store credit will be arranged promptly depending on stock availability
If we require the item to be returned to us, we will inform you and may cover shipping costs depending on the situation.

4. What’s Not Covered
The RWA Product Guarantee does not cover:
• Damages caused by normal wear and tear
• Improper care (e.g., using dryers or washing with heat, despite warnings)
• Slight variations in color or print positioning due to the handmade nature of some items

5. Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, refunds will only be considered if:
• The product is delayed excessively beyond the stated delivery timeframe
• The product arrives defective or incorrect
Please ensure you’re fully committed before placing a pre-order.
