We proudly stand behind all of our products with the RWA Product Guarantee. Each product is crafted with high-quality materials and great attention to detail, going through a rigorous quality control system—though some mistakes can still slip through. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will do our absolute best to make it right with a replacement, refund, or other solution. How do I wash my clothing?
Wash on cold & delicate, and hang dry. We do not recommend using a dryer as high heat can damage the fabric or cause shrinking.
How do I know if the clothes will fit me?
We include size charts on every product. Please carefully check the size charts before placing your order. You can find them in the product photos.
Can I get a refund? Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final. We cannot cancel any orders once they have been placed. We are a super small team, so unless the order is damaged upon arrival or we made a mistake, we ask that you carefully commit to your purchase.
I received a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, what should I do?

How long is shipping?
All orders are shipped within 1-7 days of purchase, unless the item is marked as a pre-order. For pre-order items, approximate waiting time is around 2-3 weeks.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We currently offer free Brunei-wide shipping on orders over BND $100. For orders below that amount, your items will be delivered to a designated self-pickup location in your respective district. Temburong orders will be sent to a pickup point in Brunei-Muara.
Do you ship worldwide?
Not at the moment. But we plan to in the future as we continue to grow and scale. Stay tuned!
