At Reject Weakness Apparel, we aim to deliver your orders as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following to understand how our shipping process works.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders go through a fulfillment period of 3–5 working days, during which we verify your payment, prepare your items, and package them for delivery.
2. Shipping Timeframes
• Ready-Stock Items: Shipped within 1–7 working days from the date of purchase.
• Pre-Order Items: Estimated to ship in 2–3 weeks, depending on production and supplier timelines.
The expected timeframe will be stated clearly on each product’s page.
3. Delivery Method (Local Only – Brunei Darussalam)
• Free Delivery: Orders over BND $100 are eligible for free Brunei-wide delivery to your doorstep.
• Self-Pickup Locations: Orders under BND $100 will be sent to designated self-pickup locations within your district. You will be notified via message or email once your item is ready for pickup.
• Temburong District: Due to logistical limitations, all Temburong orders will be delivered to pickup points in Brunei-Muara for collection.
4. International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally, but plan to expand in the future as we grow. Stay tuned for updates.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is significantly delayed, missing, or appears to have delivery issues:

6. Important Notes
Once an order is marked as delivered (either to your address or to a pickup location), we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
