Khamir Singapore

Khamir was born from the desire to share the love of all things hand made , naturally fermented. Bread baked without any commercial yeast, harmful chemicals and preservatives and to share wholesome, healthy and delicious bakes.

At Khamir, we make our 100% Sourdough ‘Artisan Loaves’ by hand and in small batches so that you get it fresh from the oven, using the best quality of whole grains, seeds and bread flour. Organic heirloom variety of wheat like spelt, einkorn along with millets and pseudo grains like rye and buckwheat are used along with traditional wheat.

Our breads do not have ‘Eternal’ shelf life and you are advised to consume them within 3-4 days of purchase. Sourdough bread can be sliced and happily sit in your freezer until needed by simply waking up the he slices with gentle steam.

1. All our breads are baked fresh on pre-order. We bake every Tuesday and Friday.
2, All our breads are made without eggs unless stated.
3. No minimum order for self-collect (Self collect from 1, Simei Street 4)
4.. We do delivery at your door step excluding Jurong Island. Additional charges applies for CBD area and Sentosa.

DELIVERY CHARGES: $6 - $9 varies depending upon the distance.

This beautiful golden aromatic loaf is made with whole grain Durum wheat Semolina flour. It’s stuffed with intensely flavourful sun-dried tomatoes. Olives and sharp mature cheddar with dried oregano and crushed peppercorn adding so much more to it. I promise you it will be centre of attraction on your dinning table. Breakfast loaf - Oats Walnut Cranberry wholegrain

This nutritious loaf is a wonderful everyday loaf, making it perfect for toast or sandwiches. The bread is made with a blend of stoneground heritage wheat, French whole wheat and red wheat flours. Organic jumbo oats, walnuts, cranberries & sunflower seeds add texture and crunch. Whole grain flavours are heightened by addition of extra virgin olive oil. We love this bread as an accompaniment to salad or with a slather of soft goat cheese/feta with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. As always, enjoy the first slice with cold butter.

Wholemeal Foccacia

Wholemeal Focaccia- a classic Italian flat bread, topped with herbs and extra virgin olive oil, is a party winner. Serve it with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil on the side with a salad or a soup . You can also slice it in half to make a panini. Ours is made with wholegrain heritage Spelt wheat flour and Italian 00 flour. Fermented for more than 18 hrs, it’s extremely flavourful. It has a crispy crust and soft and fluffy in the centre. Size of foccacia is approximate 8 by 10 rectangle. Makes 4 paninis or can be cut into small squares to feed up to 8-10 people. Best eaten on the day baked or up to 2 days.

Introducing vegan sandwich loaf. This loaf boasts of multigrain - spelt and rye along with mixed seeds and pseudo grains namely flax seeds, white sesame, sunflower seeds , quinoa and amaranth with Tahini adding softness and nutty flavour to the loaf. Long slow fermentation make this loaf extra flavourful and easily digestible. Makes a excellent toast as well cold sandwiches for lunch boxes.

Introducing a heritage grain - Kamut or Khorasan Wheat through this loaf. This beautiful nutty golden wheat comes from Afghanistan and Central Asia. This grain adds a beautiful flavour to match the sweetness of steamed mashed sweet potato in the loaf. Loaf is one of our favourite. Sweet potato makes this loaf super soft while kamut flour gives it lightness. Makes epic sandwiches - cold or warm but best eaten with slathered cold butter with sea salt flakes - pure joy and mindful indulgence 😀
