AXXESS Rides and Rentals | User Code of Conduct
1. Respect for Property & Assets
As a user of the AXXESS platform, you agree to treat all vehicles and accommodations with care:
Rental Vehicles & Taxis: No smoking, illegal drug use, or reckless driving. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, barring normal wear and tear.
Accommodations: Guest houses, apartments, and Airbnbs must be kept in a clean and sanitary state. Users are prohibited from rearranging furniture, damaging fixtures, or removing items from the property.
Maximum Occupancy: You must adhere to the capacity limits set by the provider (e.g., no extra overnight guests in an apartment or extra passengers in a taxi).
2. Safety & Legal Compliance
Users are strictly prohibited from using AXXESS services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:
Transport: Carrying hazardous materials, weapons, or illicit substances in a rental car or taxi.
Occupancy: Using a booked property for unauthorized parties, commercial filming (without prior consent), or illegal gatherings.
Licensing: You must possess a valid, unexpired driver’s license to operate any vehicle booked through AXXESS Rides and Rentals.
3. Financial Responsibility
Accurate Information: You must provide truthful identity and payment information.
Damage Fees: You acknowledge that you are responsible for any damage caused to a provider’s asset during your booking period. You authorize the provider (via AXXESS) to charge for repairs or professional cleaning if necessary.
No "Off-Platform" Payments: To maintain your user protection, all payments must be processed through the AXXESS secure gateway. Attempting to pay a host or driver directly to avoid platform fees is a violation of these terms.
4. Community Etiquette
Punctuality: Be ready at the agreed-upon time for taxi pickups or check-ins. Late arrivals may result in additional fees or cancellation.
Noise & Neighbors: When staying in residential apartments or guest houses, you must respect local noise ordinances and the privacy of neighbors.
Truthful Reviews: Reviews must be based on your actual experience and free of profanity, threats, or extortion attempts.
5. Reporting Incidents
If an accident, theft, or property damage occurs during your booking, you must notify AXXESS Support and the Third-Party Provider immediately.
