AXXESS Rides and Rentals | The Three Strikes Policy
AXXESS maintains a "Three Strikes" disciplinary policy to ensure the safety and reliability of our community. A "Strike" is defined as a verified report of a violation of our Codes of Conduct.
1. For Users (Guests & Renters)
Any of the following actions will result in a Strike against a User account:
Strike 1: Minor property damage, smoking in a non-smoking vehicle/room, or verified noise complaints from neighbors/hosts.
Strike 2: Repeated late returns/check-outs, failure to follow provider house/vehicle rules, or unprofessional conduct toward a driver or host.
Strike 3: Permanent Account Suspension. Any third violation, or a single severe violation (such as criminal activity, physical assault, or major uninsured property damage), will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all AXXESS services.
2. For Providers (Hosts, Drivers & Agencies)
To maintain the AXXESS premium standard, Providers are subject to the following:
Strike 1: Listing inaccuracies (e.g., car model or room amenities not matching), poor cleanliness, or unresponsiveness to confirmed bookings.
Strike 2: Unjustified last-minute cancellations, attempting to solicit "off-platform" payments, or failure to maintain up-to-date insurance documentation.
Strike 3: Platform Removal. Upon the third strike, or a single severe safety violation (such as operating an unsafe vehicle or violating privacy/safety laws), the Provider’s listings will be permanently removed from AXXESS Rides and Rentals.
3. Review & Dispute of Strikes
Verification: A Strike is only issued after AXXESS Support has reviewed evidence (photos, chat logs, or police reports) provided by the aggrieved party.
Appeal: Users and Providers have 48 hours to appeal a Strike by submitting counter-evidence to the AXXESS Dispute Resolution Team.
Reset Period: Minor strikes may be "cleared" from a professional record after 12 months of perfect conduct, at the sole discretion of AXXESS management.
