PROVIDER CODE OF CONDUCT

AXXESS Rides and Rentals | Provider Code of Conduct

1. Professionalism & Integrity
As a representative of the AXXESS marketplace, all Providers (Drivers, Rental Agencies, and Property Hosts) must:

Honesty in Listings: Provide accurate photos, descriptions, and pricing. "Bait and switch" tactics (e.g., listing a luxury car but providing an economy model) are strictly prohibited.

Non-Discrimination: Adhere to all local laws regarding non-discrimination. Providers shall not decline services based on race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

Communication: Respond to user inquiries and booking requests within a reasonable timeframe (ideally under 24 hours).

2. Safety & Maintenance Standards
Safety is the cornerstone of the AXXESS brand. Providers must ensure:

Vehicles (Rentals & Taxis): All vehicles must be regularly serviced, clean, and meet all local safety inspection requirements (tires, brakes, lights, and seatbelts must be fully functional).

Accommodations (Guest Houses/Apartments/Airbnbs): Properties must be structurally sound, have functioning locks on all entry points, and be equipped with basic safety features (e.g., smoke detectors) as required by law.

Hygiene: All rentals—whether a vehicle interior or an apartment bedroom—must be professionally cleaned and sanitized between users.

3. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
All Providers operating on AXXESS Rides and Rentals warrant that they:

Possess all necessary licenses, permits, and registrations required by their local jurisdiction to operate a rental, taxi, or hospitality business.

Maintain valid commercial insurance (for vehicles) or liability insurance (for properties) that covers third-party users/renters.

Will not engage in illegal activities or allow their assets to be used for such purposes.

4. Booking & Financial Transparency
No Off-Platform Transactions: To protect the integrity of the ecosystem, Providers must not encourage Users to bypass the AXXESS payment system to avoid service fees.

Honoring Bookings: Cancellations by Providers should be rare and only due to emergency circumstances. Frequent "host-side" or "provider-side" cancellations will result in account suspension.

Hidden Fees: All costs (cleaning fees, security deposits, fuel charges) must be clearly disclosed upfront within the AXXESS listing.

5. Incident Reporting
Providers are required to report any significant incidents—including accidents, property damage, or disputes—to AXXESS Support within 12 hours of the occurrence.
