Cold Brew
We use seasonal beans for our cold brew. Origin: Laksana, Kamojang, Wet Java Tasting notes: Pineapple, Mango, Watermelon, Lychee, Juicy Cold brew is a coffee concentrate made by steeping coarse coffee grounds in cold or room-temperature water for 12-24 hours, resulting in a smoother, less acidic, and naturally sweeter drink than traditionally brewed coffee. We serve our Cold brew without sugar and without milk.

Filter Coffee
We use seasonal beans for our pourover. Origin: Laksana, Kamojang, Wet Java Tasting notes: Pineapple, Mango, Watermelon, Lychee, Juicy Pour over coffee brewing involves pouring hot water over coffee grounds. Gravity then takes over, draining the water through the grounds, out the bottom of the cone, and into your mug—voila, coffee!
