By default, We use our in-house matcha, Yoro, originating from Kyoto, Japan. It has a subdued profile— smooth and creamy at first sip, with a gentle bitterness that lingers for a while after.
This complements our home made strawberry syrup with pulp to bring a sweet and smooth taste.
Our default milk is cow milk.
