TMEDS — Frequently Asked Questions
1. Are TMEDS products authentic? Yes. All TMEDS products are sourced from WHO-GMP certified pharmaceutical manufacturers in India. Every order goes through verification, labeling checks, and compliance reviews before shipping.
2. Where do you ship from? We ship internationally from India to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and select destinations worldwide.
3. How long does delivery take? Typical delivery is 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
4. Do I need a prescription to order? TMEDS strongly recommends that customers obtain a valid prescription from a licensed medical practitioner for any prescription medicine. Customers are responsible for compliance with the laws of their country.
5. Is my payment information secure? Yes. We use SSL encryption sitewide and PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
6. What if my package is delayed? If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment, contact tmedsusa@gmail.com. We'll investigate and, if confirmed lost, you'll be eligible for a free reshipment or full refund.

8. What if the medicine arrives damaged or incorrect? Email tmedsusa@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
9. Will the medicine I receive look like the image? Product images are for illustrative purposes. Packaging or brand may vary, but the active ingredient and dosage strength will match what you ordered.
10. Are customs duties included in my order? No. Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country are the customer's responsibility. Most shipments clear customs without issue.
