Tenderly Skincare is a brand operated by Eleve (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in Botswana (BW00009422422), trading as Tenderly. References to "Tenderly," "we," "us," and "our" throughout these terms refer to Eleve (Pty) Ltd.
By browsing our store, initiating contact via WhatsApp, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use in full.
Our Platform
Tenderly operates as an online-only store. There is no physical retail location. All product browsing, ordering, and customer communication takes place through our store page and WhatsApp Business channels. By engaging with either, you accept these terms.
Ordering
Orders are placed through WhatsApp conversation with our team. An order is confirmed when our team provides written confirmation of your products, delivery address, and courier dispatch. Confirmation does not constitute payment — payment is made upon delivery after inspection.
Tenderly reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion, including orders to locations outside our delivery reach or for products currently out of stock.
Payment
All transactions are conducted in Botswana Pula (BWP). Payment is accepted via mobile money platforms including Orange Money, MyZaka, and eWallet. Cash is accepted for local deliveries only. We do not accept PayPal, Stripe, credit cards, or bank transfers.
Payment is made at the point of delivery, after you have inspected your order. Once payment is made, the transaction is complete and subject to our Return Policy for any subsequent concerns.
Delivery
Tenderly delivers nationwide across Botswana via Sprint Courier and local courier partners. Delivery fees are variable based on your location: P50–P60 within Gaborone, P70–P85 for mid-range cities, and P90–P115 for remote areas. Your exact courier fee is confirmed by our team before dispatch.
Delivery operates Monday to Saturday. Sunday delivery is not available. Tenderly is not liable for courier delays caused by factors outside our control, including public holidays, weather, or courier network disruptions.
Courier Fee — Upfront Requirement
Sprint Courier requires an upfront courier fee for cosmetic and product orders. This is standard industry practice and a condition of our courier partnership, not a Tenderly-specific policy. Your courier fee is confirmed before dispatch and forms part of your total payment at delivery.
Product Information
All product descriptions, phase recommendations, and skincare guidance provided by Tenderly are for informational purposes. They do not constitute medical advice. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, consult a dermatologist before using any Tenderly product. Tenderly accepts no liability for outcomes arising from use contrary to provided instructions.
Results vary between individuals. Testimonials and reviews on our platform reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.
Intellectual Property
All content on tenderlyshop.com and our WhatsApp channels — including product names, descriptions, images, brand identity, and communications — is the property of Eleve (Pty) Ltd. No content may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Botswana law, Eleve (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Tenderly products or services, beyond the value of the original purchase. Our liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific order in question.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Any disputes arising under these terms fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana.
Changes to These Terms
Tenderly reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued engagement with our store or WhatsApp channels after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
