Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased from Tenderly within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
Items are unused and in original condition
Original packaging and labels are intact
Items are free from damage not caused by defects
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at info@tenderly.store within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and reason for return
Attach photos of the item if reporting damage or defects
Wait for our return authorization and instructions
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
Opened grooming products (beard oils, balms, etc.)
Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
Customized or personalized products
Return
Customer is responsible for return costs
We recommend using trackable methods
Tenderly covers return only for defective or incorrectly sent items
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or model:
Return the original item following our return process
Place a new order for the desired item
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item:

We will arrange free return shipping
You may choose a replacement or full refund
We will also cover any additional shipping costs
Warranty
EMS Butt Lift Machines and electronic products come with a 90-day manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear.
