Large Orders: For larger events, a minimum of four weeks' advance notice is required.
To place your order, please send us the details via WhatsApp. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm your request. Payment details will be provided after your order is confirmed. Please note that we will only begin processing your order once we have received both confirmation and full payment.
Delivery & Self-Pickup Information
We offer both delivery and self-pickup options for your convenience.
Courier Delivery:
• Delivery Fee: Shipping fees are calculated based on the distance from our location.
• Delivery Time: You will be able to choose an allotted time slot for your delivery to ensure it arrives at your convenience.
• Urgent Deliveries: For urgent or rush orders, additional charges may apply.
• Important Note: We use a third-party courier service. While we strive for timely deliveries, please understand that delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
