Q: How do I sign up as a member?
You’re automatically registered in our customer list with the phone number you provide when placing an order, no extra steps needed!

If you haven’t ordered with us before, you can also sign up directly through the login page.

Q: How do I use store credits?
Log In: Log in at our main page via a code sent to your WhatsApp number.
Add to Cart: Select your items and proceed to checkout.
At Checkout: Choose “Store Credit” and enter the amount you’d like to apply.
Pay the Balance: If your credits don’t cover the full order, return to the previous page and pay the remaining balance via PayNow.

Q: How do I check my store credits balance?
Step 1: Visit our website at take.app/realbakes
Step 2: Log in using your phone number.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your current store credits balance.

For our existing customers, your store credits have already been applied based on your past orders with us. Kindly log in to view your balance, and we hope you enjoy using your rewards on your next order!

Q: When will my store credits be added?
Your store credits will be added a few days after your order has been delivered. You can log in anytime to check your current balance.
