When do you deliver?
We generally deliver on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays!
Please check our Instagram for our monthly delivery schedule.
Orders are delivered in 2 hour timeslots from 10 AM – 8 PM.
We'll confirm the exact hour the day before delivery.
How far in advance should I place my order?
For all orders, we require a minimum of 3 days notice.
Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day delivery as all our bakes are made to order. If you need something urgently, feel free to Whatsapp us @ 8090 6111 — we’ll try our best to assist!
Do you offer self pick-up?
We currently do not have the option for self-collection.
How are your delivery fees calculated?
• We currently offer $5 delivery for locations within 10KM of us (Listed Locations at checkout).
• For addresses beyond 10KM, the delivery fee is $10.
• Orders above $80 enjoy free delivery!
• If your location isn’t listed and you would like to check, simply drop us a WhatsApp message and we’ll calculate the fee for you.
We do our best to keep delivery charges reasonable. Thank you for your understanding and support!
What are you're payment options?
We currently only accept PayNow for orders.
Payment can be made via PayNow to UEN 202566111M.
Are you Halal certified?
Nope but our bakes do not contain pork/lard. Some seasonal cakes may contain alcohol, do contact us if you require any clarification :)
Possible allergens to take note of?
Our bakes include dairy products, nuts, eggs, seeds, wheat (gluten), soy, fish gelatin, cocoa. Please check our product description for specific allergens.
Do you offer cancellation/refund?
We do not allow cancellation or refund after payment is made. Please be sure to check your orders before confirming.
Do you offer rescheduling?
If there's a need to reschedule, kindly let us know at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. As the assembly and preparation process has begun, we won’t be able to accommodate cancellations or changes. Thank you for your understanding!
Why are there black spots in my cakes?
Don't worry! Those black spots are vanilla bean seeds from the quality vanilla bean paste we use in our recipe.
What if there's no one available to receive order?
We will try to contact the number provided in the order with a 15 minute waiting time. However, if there's no one around, it will be considered a failed delivery. Redelivery is still possible on the same day with redelivery charges, and subjected to our availability. As our bakes are perishable, if the order is not delivered on the date of delivery, it will be considered forfeited.
We strongly discourage leaving our bakes at your doorstep as our cakes need to be refrigerated immediately upon receiving them. Please kindly make the necessary arrangements before placing your order. Thank you!
