By accessing our site, browsing our collection, or purchasing a product from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and contributors of content using this site.

Our online store is hosted on Take App. They provide us with the e-commerce platform and operational tools that allow us to display and sell our products to you. Any new features, tools, or products added to this storefront in the future will automatically be subject to these same Terms.
1. Pricing and Payment
Currency: All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, supported Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) platforms, and local payment rails via PayNow.
PayNow Verification: For orders placed via PayNow, customers are required to upload a valid payment screenshot at checkout to facilitate manual verification and order processing.
Payment Surcharges: To keep our base product prices accessible, payment methods that incur third-party processing fees (such as credit cards and BNPL/Atome options) may be subject to a small operational surcharge at checkout.
Third-Party Terms & Liability: By selecting a specific payment method, you agree that your transaction is subject to the terms and privacy policies of that respective provider. We hold no liability for transaction failures, late fees, or eligibility restrictions imposed by third-party processors.
2. Shipping, Fulfillment, and Logistics
Processing & Delivery Timelines: We aim to process and prepare orders for dispatch as efficiently as possible. Detailed delivery windows and options (including standard and express options) are displayed dynamically at checkout. Because we actively trial different logistics couriers to balance cost-efficiency and speed, exact delivery timelines cannot be strictly guaranteed.
Self-Collection: We operate strictly on an online fulfillment basis and are unable to accommodate physical self-collection requests. Customers requiring urgent delivery should opt for the express delivery tier at checkout.
Delivery Address Modifications: If you discover an error in your shipping address post-checkout, you must contact us immediately via Instagram DM (@qalb2u) with your order number. Address modifications can only be processed manually if the parcel has not yet been collected by our courier.
Failed Delivery & Re-delivery Fees: If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned to us by the courier, the customer will be contacted to arrange re-delivery. The customer shall be liable for any additional re-delivery shipping fees incurred.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for all physical products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to our third-party logistics carrier.
3. Refund, Return, and Product Policy
Hygiene & Final Sale: Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Defects or Order Errors: Every order is packed personally by our team. In the event that a major manufacturing defect was missed or an incorrect item was dispatched, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery via Instagram DM (@qalb2u) with your order number and photographic evidence so we can evaluate and rectify the issue.
Third-Party Refunds: Approved refunds for transactions paid via other third-party processors will be routed back through their respective platforms. Outstanding installment schedules or balances will be adjusted by the provider in accordance with their independent merchant refund policies.
Product Imagery & Colour Variations: We make every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colours and fabric shades may vary slightly from the images shown online. These standard variations are inherent to digital displays and textile production, and do not constitute manufacturing defects or grounds for a return.
4. Gifting & Pop-Up Operations
Gift Orders: Customers wishing to send purchases as a gift are welcome to place their order normally and coordinate specific fulfillment details or requests by reaching out to us directly on Instagram (@qalb2u).
Physical Storefronts: Qalb2u operates exclusively online. Any future physical pop-ups or temporary markets within Singapore will be announced via our official marketing channels.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
