Q: Can I pay via PayNow?
A: Yes, and it is highly recommended! Choose the PayNow option at checkout and scan the QR code. Make sure to upload your payment screenshot so we can verify it and start processing your order ASAP. Using PayNow also avoids those extra credit card processing fees, which keeps things simple for everyone.
Q: Why is there an extra surcharge for credit card and buy now, pay later options?
A: As a small team, these payment providers charge us transaction fees that add up quickly. By adding a small surcharge for these options, we are able to keep our prices accessible for everyone while still offering the flexibility of different payment methods. If you prefer to avoid the extra fee, we highly recommend using PayNow!
Ordering & Shipping
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: The exact details can be found at the checkout page as it differs between the different delivery options. We are also currently trialing different couriers to find the right balance between cost-efficiency and speed, so look out for better services!
Q: Can I change my delivery address after checking out?
A: Drop us a DM on insta @qalb2u with your order number ASAP. As long as the courier hasn't picked up your parcel yet, I can manually fix it for you. However, if it’s already out for delivery, we cannot guarantee we'll be able to get it back. If the courier manages to return it to us, we’ll text you to arrange a re-delivery, but please note that there will be extra charges for a re-delivery!
Q: Can I self-collect? I need it urgently!
A: Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate this at the moment :( We have an express delivery option at checkout that you can opt for instead!

Q: What’s the difference between the fabrics? Can they be worn outdoors?
A: Every fabric we carry is hand-picked for the Singapore heat. Our goal is for you to feel cool, comfortable, and put-together, no matter how humid it gets outside. They’re all designed to be lightweight and breathable, but if you’re trying to decide which one fits your style best, slide into our DMs on insta @qalb2u and we can help point you in the right direction.
Q: What’s the difference between the Shawl and the Trishawl?
A: The Shawl is your classic, 2-meter rectangle shawl that gives you full coverage and freedom to style. The Trishawl is a personal favorite because it’s an instant slip-on that gives you that neat "bawal" look. Pins are optional!
Refunds & Exchanges
Q: What if there's an issue with my order?
A: Because of hygiene reasons, all sales are final and there's no returns or exchanges if you change your mind. With that said, we are a small team packing your orders personally so if we accidentally missed a major defect or sent the wrong item, please let us know! Send us a DM on insta @qalb2u with your order number and a photo so we can get it sorted out!
Q: The colour looks a bit different in real life...
A: We work really hard to make sure our photos represent the true colours, but the shade may not appear 100% the same due to lighting, screen settings, or even skin tone. We hear your concerns and really want you to be confident before you buy. Please reach out to us on insta if you are unsure so we can support you from there!

A: We’re operating on an online basis for now, but also understand how important it is to feel our fabrics in person. We are actively looking into pop-ups across Singapore, so do keep an eye on our Instagram for updates. See you there!
