Assalamualaikum & hellooo my beautiful ladies 🤍
To be very honest, this brand didn’t start because I had some big business plan in mind. It actually came from a pretty lonely phase in my life.
There was a period where I just didn’t feel confident or beautiful in my hijab anymore. I think it’s something many of us quietly struggle with but don’t really talk about openly. I was slowly losing motivation, and I needed to find my way back to loving my hijab, feeling beautiful in it, and finding that strength within myself.
So I started creating what I wished existed. Hijabs that are effortless, comfortable, and actually survivable the Singapore heat. Honestly, when my hijab sits well, looks good, and feels right, it just makes me feel so much better about myself.
But honestly? The hijabs are just a small part of it. What I really wanted was to build a sisterhood. Just a safe, judgment-free zone where we can lean on each other, talk about our struggles, and navigate this journey of becoming better Muslimahs together.
If you look closely at our logo, you’ll notice it’s an anatomical heart. It’s inspired by my background in nursing, but also because Qalb means heart in Arabic. Nursing taught me how to genuinely care for people, and I bring the same energy here. I handpick all the fabrics, test the styles, and pack up every single order from my living room.
And that’s why our tagline is “from our Qalb to u”. It’s truly from my heart to yours.
Thank you for being here, for supporting my small dream, and for walking this journey with me.
Love, Sha 🤍
