Q: Are your cookies freshly baked?
A: Yes all cookies are freshly baked on the day that you receive them. We highly recommend eating them on the same day when the texture is the best! They tend to soften over time due to Singapore's humidity. We recommend reheating them for the best
Q: How do I store/reheat the cookies?
A: Reheating: 2-3 min at 170Β°C in an air fryer or oven, and then letting it cool for 1min. If frozen, then reheat 5-10 minutes
Storage: We recommend moving the cookies to an airtight container if not eating on the day itself. For longer periods, freeze right away. Please avoid storing them in the fridge! This will lead to hard, dry cookies, which is no fun for anyone
Q: Are your cookies suitable for customers with food allergies?
A: Allergens in our cookies: Dairy, Eggs, Wheat, Soya. Nuts if specified in the cookie flavour
