Midnight Ventures is a home-based food business that prepares handmade wantons in small batches to maintain freshness, quality, and consistency.
Food preparation is carried out in accordance with safe food handling and hygiene standards. The business owner has completed the WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 certification.
Product Information
• All wantons are handmade in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
• We use only wild-caught sea prawns, premium sole fish, and Malaysian pork to
create our handmade wantons for the freshest, most flavorful taste.
• Each handmade wanton weighs approximately 18–19 g per piece.
• Our products contain Fish, Shellfish, Soy, Wheat, Egg, and Sesame.
• No added MSG. No preservatives.

STORAGE & HANDLING
• Upon receipt, products must be refrigerated or frozen immediately.
• Keep chilled products at or below 4°C at all times.
• Frozen products must remain frozen until ready for cooking.
• Do not thaw before cooking.
• Cook directly from chilled or frozen state.
STORAGE GUIDELINES
• Chilled: Best consumed within 3 days from preparation date.
• Frozen: Best consumed within 3 weeks from preparation date.
Proper storage is essential to maintain product quality and food safety.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
To help maintain product quality, orders are packed with thermal insulation and an ice pack where necessary.
Customers are advised to refrigerate or freeze products promptly upon receipt. Products must not be left at room temperature for extended periods.
Midnight Ventures is not responsible for any deterioration in product quality, spoilage, or food safety issues arising from delayed storage, improper handling, or failure to refrigerate or freeze products promptly after receipt.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds, returns, or exchanges are generally not provided once an order has been delivered or collected.
