1. Are the wantons cooked or ready to eat?

Our wantons are frozen and uncooked. They must be fully cooked before consumption.

2. How do I cook the wantons?

Cook in boiling water until the wantons are fully cooked and floating, usually within 3–4 minutes. No thawing is required.

Our wantons may be enjoyed in different ways, such as served in a bowl of soup, paired with instant noodles, or consumed in a dry style with black vinegar and ginger.

3. Can I refreeze the wantons after thawing?

It is not recommended to refreeze thawed wantons. Please keep products frozen until ready for cooking.

4. Do the wantons come with soup or sauce?

No. Our wantons are sold on their own and do not include soup base or sauce.

5. How should I store the wantons?

Upon receipt, products must be refrigerated or frozen immediately. Chilled products must be kept at or below 4°C at all times. Frozen products must remain frozen until ready for cooking.

6. How long can the wantons be kept?

• Chilled (at or below 4°C): Best consumed within 4 days from preparation date
• Frozen: Best consumed within 3 weeks from preparation date

Proper storage is required to maintain product quality and food safety.

7. Do your products contain allergens?

Yes. Our products contain fish, shellfish, soy, egg, and sesame. Customers with food allergies or dietary concerns are advised to contact us before placing an order.

8. Do you use MSG or preservatives?

No added MSG or preservatives are used.

9. How are orders packed for delivery?

Orders are packed with thermal insulation and ice packs where necessary to help maintain product quality during delivery.

10. What should I do upon receiving my order?

Customers are advised to refrigerate or freeze products promptly upon receipt. Products must not be left at room temperature for extended periods.

11. What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. The matter will be reviewed accordingly.

12. Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are allowed within 1 hour of placing the order. After 1 hour, cancellations will not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us directly via Whatapp. Cancellations are only confirmed once acknowledged by Midnight Ventures.

13. Are refunds or exchanges available?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds, returns, or exchanges are generally not provided once an order has been delivered or collected.

BULK ORDERS Q&A

1. Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes, bulk orders are accepted depending on availability and preparation schedule.

2. When is bulk order delivery available?

Bulk order deliveries are scheduled only on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

3. Is there free delivery for bulk orders?

Yes. Free delivery is available for bulk orders above $200. Standard delivery charges apply for orders below this amount.

4. How do I place a bulk order?

Customers are required to leave us a message when placing a bulk order so that details can be confirmed and delivery arrangements can be scheduled accordingly.

5. Can I request a specific delivery time?

Delivery timing is subject to route planning and availability. We will do our best to accommodate requests where possible.
