OUR STORY

Midnight Ventures started very simply — with late nights and ideas that somehow always showed up when everything else slowed down. Being a night owl, I often find myself thinking about food, testing ideas, and turning small cravings into something real.

Over time, those late-night moments turned into something more consistent. What began as casual cooking slowly became handmade wantons prepared in small batches, one idea at a time, one recipe at a time.

There’s nothing rushed here. Just simple ingredients and a lot of trial and error in the quiet hours of the night. That’s where most of Midnight Ventures comes from — not a big plan, but small ideas that kept coming back.

Food safety and hygiene are always part of the process, and I’ve completed the WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 to make sure everything is handled properly and responsibly.

Our wantons are frozen and easy to cook, made for everyday meals — whether in soup, with noodles, or just something warm and simple at home.

Midnight Ventures is still small, and it’s meant to grow slowly. Batch by batch, night by night, shaped by patience and the simple joy of making something by hand.
