How much salt?
Babies under 1-year-old should have less than 1g of salt a day because their kidneys are not fully developed to process it. If a baby is breastfed, they will get the right amount of minerals, including sodium, from breast milk. Formula milk contains a similar amount of minerals to breast milk.
Children aged:
1 to 3 years should eat no more than 2g salt a day (0.8g sodium)
4 to 6 years should eat no more than 3g salt a day (1.2g sodium)
7 to 10 years should eat no more than 5g salt a day (2g sodium)
11 years and over should eat no more than 6g salt a day (2.4g sodium)
Adults should eat no more than 6g of salt a day (2.4g sodium) β that's around 1 teaspoon.
Too much salt increases the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke.

What does
Best Before mean?
Best Before is about quality, not safety. Food Powder will be safe to eat after this date but may not be at its best. It may gradually lose its freshness, taste, aroma. Under proper storage conditions, Krystal Wee Food Powder will last longer than my suggested "Best Before".
What is QSB?When you desperately need to cook a decent Quick Soup Base within minutes, without having a soup base.
How to QSB?1) Add 1 serving bowl β 300ml of water to pot.
2) Add in 2 to 6 types of Food Powder, total not more than 3 teaspoons.
3) Add a variety of ingredients: 2 types of Vegetables + 1 Meat or Seafood, Noodles or Pasta.
4) Boil until cooked, optional to add minimal seasonings to make it yummier.
Slight powder residue in the serving bowl is normal, it is an ingredient by itself, it occurs when too much powder is added. Rest soup pot for a while, food powder residue will settle down at the base, scoop the cooked food to serving bowl. Enjoy!
