For any recipes that call for dried or fresh ginger. Add a pinch to 1 teaspoon for Marinade, to eliminate Meat & Seafood Odour. Great for QSB! Add 1/2 teaspoon to Drinks, and desserts, eg: Ginger Tea, Tang Yuan, Sweet Potato Soup.
