Product Substitution
Our products are subject to availability and seasonal supply conditions.
While every effort will be made to provide products exactly as displayed, substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to factors including but not limited to:
- Seasonal availability of flowers
- Supply chain disruptions
- Vendor shortages
- Quality concerns
- Product discontinuation
- Delivery timing requirements
Where substitution is required, Mysanflower will endeavour to maintain the overall style, colour palette, presentation, size, and value of the original product as closely as reasonably possible.
For floral arrangements, flower variety will generally take precedence over colour. Where a specific flower colour is unavailable, a similar colour or suitable alternative may be used.
For gift items, packaging materials, containers, vases, balloons, plush toys, cakes, beverages, and other accessories, products of similar style and equal or greater value may be substituted where necessary.
Where reasonably practicable, customers will be informed prior to significant substitutions.
All substitutions shall be made at the sole discretion of Mysanflower with the objective of ensuring timely fulfilment and maintaining product quality standards.
