Express Delivery Surcharge

• Bouquets / Arrangements / Hampers → +$16.35
• Flower Stands → +$32.70

Local Area Deliveries
For eligible orders placed directly with our Plantation Plaza or Westgate outlets, certain delivery surcharges may be waived at the outlet's discretion, subject to operational requirements.
Examples may include:

• Block Timing Surcharge
• Express Delivery Surcharge
Eligibility is subject to order type, delivery location, outlet capacity and driver availability.
Not all orders or delivery locations will qualify.
Final charges will be advised upon order confirmation.

Delivery Conditions
• Delivery timings are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a Block Timing service has been purchased and confirmed.
• Recipients who are unavailable at the delivery location may be contacted directly by our delivery team.
• Re-delivery charges of $21.80 apply for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect address details, inaccessible premises, recipient unavailability, refusal of delivery, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Deliveries to hotels, restaurants, offices, hospitals, schools, event venues, shopping malls, condominiums and other restricted-access premises are subject to the respective property's access, security and delivery policies.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient's name, contact number and delivery address are accurate and complete.
• Additional waiting charges, parking charges, ERP charges or venue-imposed delivery fees may apply where applicable.
• Delivery charges and surcharges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched for delivery.
• All surcharge waivers, delivery upgrades and special delivery requests are subject to approval and operational availability.
• Knots Flowers (Plantation Plaza & Westgate) reserves the right to amend delivery charges, delivery policies, service availability and surcharge waivers at any time without prior notice.
