You may select your preferred colour tone or exclude unwanted colours/flowers. Full shades of your requested palette are not guaranteed. All flowers are randomly applicable if no exclusion note is provided.
Order Terms
Only flower/colour exclusion requests are allowed. No specific flower requests, fixed wrapping, photo replication or custom styling is acceptable.
Order 3 days in advance for wider flower selection as our florist can pre-order fresh stock. Same-day orders are limited to available on-hand stock.
All designs are random. No return or exchange unless flowers are rotten or damaged.

顾客可自选偏好色系，或备注避开不喜欢的颜色、花材（如：不要百合、不要粉色）。无法保证完全集齐指定色系所有色调，无排除备注则所有花材均可随机使用。

仅可备注「剔除不想要的花材/颜色」，不接受任何指定花材、指定包装、复刻图片、定制款式。
建议提前3天下单，方便花艺师提前备货采购，拥有更丰富花材选择；当日订单仅可使用门店现有库存，花材选择有限。
款式随机不固定，无质量问题（腐烂、破损）不接受退换、无理由更换款式。
