We do not verify the original quality, age, condition or hidden defects of any personal balloons brought in by customers.
We do not guarantee/promise of inflated balloon lasting durations.
If any balloon leaks bursts or gets damaged during inflation due to original poor quality, old condition, aging material or hidden defects, the customer shall bear all risks fully. The shop will NOT be responsible for any compensation, replacement or refund.
Only damage caused by our staff’s over-inflation operation will be handled accordingly.
Payment must be made before inflation.
By making payment, the customer agrees to all terms stated above. No refund will be given even if the balloon bursts immediately after a few seconds of inflation.
