配送、付款与订单流程
付款方式
我们接受 DuitNow QR 和银行转账。顾客须按照结账页面显示的订单总额付款，并上传付款凭证。
使用 Hong Leong Bank DuitNow QR 时，付款金额不会自动填入，请务必手动输入正确的订单总额，并在付款前核对收款人资料。
付款将由我们人工核实。订单只会在付款确认后开始处理。
配送费用
西马：每单 RM10；消费满 RM200 免运费。
东马：1kg以内每单 RM16。超过1kg的订单，请在付款前通过 WhatsApp 联系我们，以确认最终运费。
订单与配送
请在提交订单前确认收件人姓名、电话号码及配送地址正确无误。
付款确认并安排发货后，我们将提供物流追踪资料。包裹交给快递公司后，地址可能无法更改，并可能产生额外费用。

Shipping, Payment & Order Process
Payment methods
We accept DuitNow QR and bank transfer. Please pay the exact order total shown at checkout and upload your payment receipt.
When using our Hong Leong Bank DuitNow QR, the amount will not be filled in automatically. Please enter the exact order total manually and verify the recipient details before confirming payment.
Payments are verified manually. We will begin processing your order only after payment has been confirmed.
Delivery charges
West Malaysia: RM10 per order; free delivery for orders of RM200 and above.
East Malaysia: RM16 for parcels up to 1kg. For orders exceeding 1kg, please contact us via WhatsApp before making payment so we can confirm the final delivery charge.
Orders and delivery
Please check that your recipient name, telephone number and delivery address are correct before submitting your order.
Tracking information will be provided after payment is confirmed and the parcel has been arranged for delivery. Address changes may not be possible after collection by the courier and may incur additional charges.
