充分湿润身体后，取适量沐浴露于掌心或沐浴工具上，加水揉出泡沫，再轻柔清洁身体，最后用清水彻底冲净。
无需用力搓洗。容易干燥或敏感的肌肤，可减少沐浴露用量，并重点清洁容易出汗及积聚污垢的部位。

While many body washes begin with water and add smaller amounts of moisturising or botanical ingredients, CHUNTIAN uses Lactobacillus/rice ferment as the first ingredient. Fermentation is the foundation of the formula rather than a token addition.
Daily bathing should cleanse the body without repeatedly leaving the skin depleted, dry or tight.

It works with galactomyces, bifida, saccharomyces and Lactobacillus-derived ingredients to support skin hydration and comfort during cleansing.

Sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, disodium cocoyl glutamate and sodium cocoyl apple amino acids form a gentle amino-acid-based cleansing system.
The fine lather helps remove perspiration, impurities, excess oils and everyday residue without relying on excessive stripping to create a temporary squeaky-clean sensation.

Approximately 15.07% butylene glycol, 3.65% glycerin and 3% betaine form the formula’s primary moisturising system, helping reduce post-shower dryness and tightness.
Sodium polyglutamate and sodium hyaluronate provide additional moisture-binding and film-forming support, leaving the skin comfortably soft without a heavy, artificially slippery coating.
｜1% Niacinamide and Fermentation-Derived Care｜
Approximately 1% niacinamide provides supplementary support for the skin barrier and a more even-looking skin tone.
As this is a rinse-off body wash, CHUNTIAN does not present niacinamide as a quick whitening or body-acne treatment. Its role is to add another layer of skin-conditioning support to everyday cleansing.
｜Chrysanthemum Flower Water and Sea Buckthorn Oil｜
Chrysanthemum indicum flower water provides soothing care for skin prone to dryness or discomfort.
Sea buckthorn oil supplies natural lipids and antioxidant components, while oat beta-glucan contributes additional conditioning support.
These ingredients support the overall formula but are not medicines intended to treat eczema, dermatitis or body acne.

Free from silicones, added fragrance, artificial colourants, mineral oil and sulfate-based surfactants.
Hydroxyacetophenone and 1,2-hexanediol form the product-protection system that helps maintain formula stability and safety after opening. CHUNTIAN therefore does not make a misleading “preservative-free” claim.

Wet the body thoroughly. Dispense an appropriate amount into the palms or onto a bathing tool, add water to create a lather and cleanse gently. Rinse thoroughly.
Avoid excessive scrubbing. Dry or sensitive skin may benefit from using a smaller amount and concentrating cleansing on areas where perspiration and impurities accumulate.
