A Melbourne icon, the Mont Blanc is a signature drink crafted by Good Measure Bar and Cafe. Wanting to bring a piece of Melbourne home with me, I spent over a year trying to recreate this drink, and I'm incredibly proud of it. Filter coffee, sweetened with black sugar, crowned with luscious fresh cream and finished with grated orange zest and nutmeg. Sweet, aromatic and zesty, the perfect afternoon pick me up.
