Our Signature Ngoh Hiang consists of almost an equal ratio portion of minced pork and chopped prawns (not minced). Together with chunkier cuts of water chestnuts, carrots and celery, our Ngoh Hiang gives a refreshing crunch and uplifted by Superior grade seasoning sauces.

Heng Hwa Fried Bee Hoon (separate seaweed peanut condiment included)
We boiled our Heng Hwa Bee Hoon's broth for 6 hours to achieve the perfect taste for frying the Bee Hoon. Using Putien Heng Hwa Bee Hoon, together with many ingredients mainly, clams (lala), prawns, dried scallops, mushrooms, fried beancurd and assorted vegetables. From initial stewing process to frying, it takes about 25mins to cook individual portion at a time.
