We boiled our Heng Hwa Bee Hoon's broth for 6 hours to achieve the perfect taste for frying the Bee Hoon. Using Putien Heng Hwa Bee Hoon, together with many ingredients mainly, clams (lala), prawns, dried scallops, mushrooms, fried beancurd and assorted vegetables. From initial stewing process to frying, it takes about 25mins to cook individual portion at a time.
