At Yoke Food Studio, the very essence of our brand—a heartfelt belief that food is more than sustenance; it's an expression of love, a bearer of memories, and a catalyst for togetherness. This is my way of honouring the legacy of my parents and grandparents who shaped our palates and hearts. We understand the deep emotional resonance that recipes hold.

Among these cherished recipes lies an all-time favourite—the 迷你五香 Mini Ngoh Hiang, an integral part of my family celebrations. Imagine the sizzle of the wok and the anticipation that fills the room as these delectable parcels cook to golden perfection, each bite carrying not just the flavours of well-seasoned meats but also the warmth of memories that echo through the years. Building on this tradition, our offerings have expanded to include the 算盘子 Yam Abacus Seeds, a beloved Hakka dish made from yam and tapioca flour, with each abacus seed meticulously hand-kneaded and rolled to achieve the perfect chewy texture.
