DELIVERY

All orders are prepared and dispatched from our Kuala Lumpur studio.

Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page.
Delays may occur due to postal services or customs, which are outside our control.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

PAYMENT

All payments are processed securely via trusted payment providers.
We do not store or access your card details.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final.

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase only.
After this, orders cannot be cancelled.

NOTE

Each piece is individually made. Slight variations are part of the work and not considered defects.
