Xesim User Agreement
This website is operated by Xesim. This agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is entered into by you and Beijing Yilian Qixing Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "Xesim" or "the Company") to clarify your rights and obligations when using the Xesim account and related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided by the Company. Please read and fully understand all the terms of this Agreement carefully before using the Services, especially the contents involving fees, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, etc. (highlighted in bold). If you do not accept this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Services; clicking "Confirm" or "Continue to Use" constitutes your acceptance of all the terms of this Agreement.
Chapter 1 Scope of Agreement and Account Definition
1.1 Account Definition
Your Xesim account is the unique identifier that authorizes you to register, log in, and use our services. It is an important credential for you to enjoy our services.
1.2 Scope of Agreement
This Agreement includes various statements, business rules, and notices related to the Service issued by the Company from time to time (collectively, the “Agreement Content”). The Agreement Content constitutes an integral part of this Agreement from the date of its official publication and you must comply with it.
1.3 Account Functionality
Xesim accounts provide you with basic functions such as registration, login, and security verification, and automatically enable a convenient login mode to ensure your account security and consistent user experience.
1.4 Licensing
Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and royalty-free license to use this Service only.
Chapter Two: Account Registration and Usage Guidelines
2.1 Registration Requirements and Information Authenticity
2.1.1 Age requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older before registering; if you are under 18 years of age, you must complete the registration with the consent and assistance of your guardian.
2.1.2 Accuracy of Information: All information you submit during registration (such as email address, contact information, etc.) must be true, accurate, and legally valid. You shall bear the consequences arising from false or incomplete information.
2.1.3 Information Update: If your registration information changes, please update it promptly to ensure the timeliness of the system information.
2.2 Account Usage Responsibilities
2.2.1 Ownership Statement: You have obtained the right to use the Xesim account, but the ownership of the account belongs to our company.
2.2.2 Responsibility for Actions: You shall be responsible for all actions and consequences arising from the use of your account (including signing agreements online, publishing information, and conducting transactions).
2.2.3 Prohibited Activities: You may not maliciously register, gift, rent, transfer, or allow others to use your account in any way. If any violation occurs, the company reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate services in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and to pursue relevant legal liabilities.
2.2.4 Account exclusivity: Your account is for personal use only. Any form of sharing or authorization to others to use it is a violation.
2.3 Account Security and Custody
2.3.1 Confidentiality Obligation: You should keep your account and password safe and never disclose them to others. Our company will never ask for your password.
2.3.2 Security Recommendations: We recommend that you change your password regularly and take other necessary security measures.
2.3.3 Abnormal Situations: If you discover any abnormalities in your account or information leakage, please notify our company immediately so that we can handle it promptly.
2.3.4 Information Retrieval: If your account information is lost due to personal reasons, you need to provide real information for verification according to the prescribed procedures. Our company reserves the right to refuse service.
2.4 Account Recycling and Cancellation
2.4.1 Account Reclamation: To prevent resource abuse, if you have not logged in or used the account for 24 consecutive months, the company has the right to reclaim the account and delete the relevant data.
2.4.2 Account Cancellation Process: If you need to cancel your account, please submit a cancellation application through [Settings—Account and Security] or by visiting the official website. After cancellation, all account data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Our company will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result.

When logging into third-party platforms using your Xesim account, in addition to complying with this agreement, you should also carefully read and comply with the relevant user agreements and privacy policies of the third-party platforms.

Our company makes no commitments regarding the content, quality, or safety of third-party services, and assumes no responsibility for any disputes or losses that may arise as a result.
3.3 Information Collection Reminder
If a third-party platform collects or processes your information during the provision of services, you should negotiate with the third party to resolve the issue. Our company will not be liable for any notifications or responsibility in this regard.
Chapter Four: User Rights and Obligations
4.1 Service Usage Conditions
You need to provide your own terminal equipment and network connection that meet the service requirements, and bear the related costs yourself.
4.2 Compliance and Prohibited Activities
4.2.1 Legal Compliance: When using the Service, you must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of your locality and must not use the Service to engage in any illegal or improper activities.

Our company assumes no responsibility for service interruptions or delays caused by hacker attacks, network failures, system maintenance, force majeure (such as typhoons, earthquakes, wars, etc.) or third-party reasons.

Our company assumes no responsibility for security risks or information leaks caused by your personal reasons (such as password leakage, improper operation, etc.), and you should take necessary precautions yourself.

In light of constant changes in the market, technology, and laws, the Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement and related rules at any time. You will be notified of any changes via announcements, pop-ups, or SMS.

Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall first be settled amicably through negotiation between the parties; if such negotiation fails, either party may bring suit in a court with jurisdiction in the location of the Company.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
