At Wholesome Home Foods, we want your ordering experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as your mealtime. Please take a moment to read through our policies so you know exactly what to expect.
Ordering
Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM the day before delivery.
We prepare meals fresh to order, so we do not offer same-day delivery.

We currently deliver to selected areas in and around Gauteng. Please check our Delivery Areas page for the full list.
Delivery fees vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery takes place Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturdays and do not deliver on Sundays.
To maintain freshness, deliveries are made during the day and should be received by someone at the delivery address.
Freshness & Storage
All meals are made fresh using quality ingredients.
Meals should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.
For best taste, consume within 2 days of delivery, or freeze for later use.
Reheating
Meals can be reheated in the microwave or oven.
Avoid overheating to preserve texture and taste.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
If there is an error with your order or the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Special Dietary Requirements
At present, our meals are not halal and may contain allergens such as gluten, dairy, soy and nuts.
