3. How does ordering work?
Place your order by 4:00 PM the day before delivery.
Orders can be placed via our website: https://take.app/wholesomehomefoods
Your meals are prepared fresh the next morning and delivered to your door.
4. What days do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Friday.
No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
5. Do you offer single meals?
Yes! We now have Single Meals (for 1 person) and Duo Meals (for 2 people), as well as Family Combos (feeds 4).
6. Are your meals healthy?
Absolutely. We use fresh, wholesome ingredients with no unnecessary additives. We aim for balanced portions of protein, starch, and vegetables.
7. Are your meals halal?
No, our meals are not halal at the moment.
8. Can I store the meals for later?
Yes. Our meals keep well in the fridge for up to 48 hours. Some can also be frozen for up to 1 month — reheating tips are provided with your order.
9. What if I have food allergies?
We provide ingredient details for each meal. Please let us know about any allergies when ordering. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen handles various allergens.
10. Can I get a discount for larger orders?
Yes!
Order 4 meals and get 20% off.
Order 3 meals and get 15% off.
11. What if I need to cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled up to 4:00 PM the day before delivery for a full refund. After this time, we cannot cancel because ingredients will already be prepared.
12. How do I pay?
We accept secure payments via EFT, card, and other methods listed at checkout.
13. Can I order for the whole week at once?
Yes! Many customers place one big order for the week and store meals in the fridge or freezer.
14. Do you deliver to my workplace?
Yes — as long as it’s in our delivery area and someone is available to receive the order.
