All items listed on Version Rentals™ are for rental only.

• Rented per event (not per day)


• Maximum rental duration up to 3 days per event


• Setup and takedown handled only by Version Rentals™


• Setup and takedown charges apply


• Customer self-installation is not permitted

📦 All Other Rental Items

• Rented on a per day basis


• Customer pickup and return only


• Delivery service is not available


• Rental duration is calculated per calendar day

💰 Pricing & Quantity

• Prices shown are per event for tents


• Prices shown are per day for non-tent items


• For per-day items, quantity equals rental days


• All bookings are subject to availability confirmation

🔄 Pickup & Return

• Customer is responsible for pickup and return


• Items must be returned on time


• Late returns may incur additional daily charges

🔐 Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit may apply


• Deposit details shared during booking confirmation


• Refund subject to item condition upon return

⚠️ Item Responsibility

• Customer is responsible during the rental period


• Damage, loss, or excessive soiling will be charged
