1. Do you deliver items?
No. All items are pickup only, except tents.

2. Do you set up the items?
We set up tents only. All other items must be arranged by the customer.

3. How do I make payment?
Bank Transfer only. Full payment required before pickup or tent setup.

4. What if I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the event.
Same-day cancellation = 30% charge.

5. What if something gets damaged?
Minor wear: no charge.
Major damage or loss: charged at replacement cost.

6. Do you clean the items?
Yes — all items are cleaned and checked after return.

7. Can I book in advance?
Yes, bookings are first-come, first-served. Early booking recommended.
