• This tent is rented per event, not per day
• Maximum rental duration is up to three (3) days per event
• Setup and takedown will be handled exclusively by Version Rentals™
• Setup and takedown charges apply and are calculated separately
Service Details:
• Professional installation before the event
• Safe and secure structural setup
• Dismantling and removal after the event
Important Notes:
• Tents cannot be self-installed by customers
• Rental is subject to site suitability and weather conditions
• Any damage, loss, or misuse during the event will be charged
• Security deposit may apply
