At Vapes Guru, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
You must initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
For health and safety reasons, used or opened vape products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

2. Our team will assess your request and provide return instructions if applicable.
3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and examined, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
