Deposit Requirement: Please Note: An initial deposit is required at checkout to confirm the order and minimize cancellations or changes of mind, as products are reserved specifically for your request.
Returns Policy
Eligibility: An item can be returned within 14 days of delivery if it meets one of these conditions:
Does not work.
Wrong specification (e.g., incorrect color or product specs).
Damaged on delivery.
Has factory defects.
Missing parts.
Wrong item received compared to what was ordered.
Looks significantly different from the website image.
Received in different color, size, or fit than ordered.
Received more quantity than ordered.
Process: Contact support via email, WhatsApp, or app to initiate a return.
Provide proof of purchase and photos/videos of the issue. Return shipping is free for eligible returns;
Refunds: Processed within 7 business days via M-Pesa or bank transfer after product inspection. Deposits are non-refundable unless the return meets eligibility criteria.

Labor costs for approved repairs within Kenya.
Claims Process
Initiation: Contact TXS Auto support at support@txsauto.com or +254 727 351 357 within 30 days of identifying a defect, providing proof of purchase (receipt or agent log).
Inspection: Return/send the product to the TXS Auto Head Office located in Karen with the original packaging. A technician will assess the claim within 14 business days.
Resolution: Approved claims receive a repaired unit, replacement, or refund (up to 7,499 KES for Tyre Inflator, 12,499 KES for Jump Starter), minus a 10% restocking fee if applicable.
Shipping: Customer covers return shipping; TXS Auto covers return shipping of repaired/replaced items.
Exclusions
Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance (e.g., over-inflation beyond 150 PSI, exposure to water).
Wear and tear items (e.g., hoses, nozzles) or consumables.
Modifications, repairs, or use with non-TXS Auto accessories.
Accidents, theft, or natural disasters (e.g., floods).
Claims beyond 1 year from purchase date or without proof of purchase.
Additional Terms
This warranty is void if the product’s serial number is removed or tampered with.
TXS Auto is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., towing costs) arising from product failure.
Warranty is not transferable.
