Heating Instructions | Ready to Eat

Beef Wellington & Salmon Coulibiac
Preheat your oven at 220C
Bake the Wellington/ Coulibiac at 160C for 8-10 mins
Finish by baking at 200C for 2-3 mins.

Different ovens have differing wattage and power, do observe and adjust timings as necessary.

Beef Wellington Sauce
Microwave or heat up in bath of boiling water for 1-2 mins.

Ratatouille
Warm up in microwave or frying pan for 3-4 mins
